ALTAVEX SYSTEMS — LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Who we are

Altavex Systems ("Altavex," "we," "us") provides managed revenue infrastructure services for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through altavexsystems.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: sales@altavexsystems.com.

Information we collect

When you submit our assessment form, complete the Revenue Leak Diagnostic, or book a call, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, your diagnostic answers and scores, and any message you include. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages viewed, referring page) through privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver your assessment, schedule appointments, and — with your consent — contact you by phone, SMS, and email about our services. Diagnostic results are used to prepare your personalized revenue report. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SMS and calling consent (TCPA)

By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Altavex Systems regarding your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately; we maintain suppression lists and honor opt-outs permanently.

Data retention and your rights

We retain lead and diagnostic records for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sales@altavexsystems.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

Scheduling is provided through an embedded booking widget (LeadConnector). Information you enter in the booking widget is processed under that provider's terms as our data processor. Our website analytics do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Security

Lead and diagnostic data is stored in access-controlled databases over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards and limit access to personnel who need it to serve you.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
