Agreement
These terms govern your use of altavexsystems.com and the request of assessments or services from Altavex Systems. By using this site, you accept these terms. Service engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement provided before any paid work begins.
The free assessment
The Revenue Leak Diagnostic and free assessment provide estimates based on the information you supply and conservative industry modeling. They are illustrations for planning purposes, not guarantees of recoverable revenue. Actual results depend on your market, pricing, capacity, consent status of your database, and execution.
No performance guarantee
Where our materials describe recovered revenue, response times, or conversion improvements, these describe the system's designed behavior and results observed in comparable deployments. We label every reported dollar as confirmed, attributed, or estimated — and we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
Engagement terms
Paid plans carry the initial terms stated at purchase (typically 90 days for Revenue Engine and six months for Market Control and custom builds), continuing month-to-month thereafter. Setup fees cover the build described in your statement of work. Client data — contacts, conversations, and pipeline records — remains the client's property and is exportable on request at any time, including after termination.
Usage allowances and overage
Each plan includes a stated monthly allowance of AI voice conversation minutes (Launch 250, Capture 500, Revenue Engine 1,000, Market Control 2,000; custom builds as scoped). Included minutes reset monthly and do not roll over. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed monthly in arrears at the plan's published per-minute rate ($0.49, $0.45, $0.42, and $0.39 respectively). You are notified when usage reaches 80% and 100% of the included allowance; service does not shut off at the cap unless you have requested a hard cap, in which case AI answering pauses and calls fall back to voicemail-to-text and missed-call text-back. SMS and email sends are unlimited subject to fair use — lawfully consented recipients and no purchased lists. Warm transfers to human team members are never metered. Per-minute rates may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice and never mid-cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree to use outreach infrastructure we build only with lawfully obtained, properly consented contact data, and to comply with applicable communications laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. We may suspend campaigns that violate consent requirements.
Intellectual property
Site content, the Altavex name and mark, workflow designs, and reporting formats are the property of Altavex Systems. Client-specific configurations built for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for the duration of the engagement as described in your services agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altavex Systems' aggregate liability arising from use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), and for paid services shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
