- The amount shown as “Due Today” ($4,497) will be charged when I complete checkout.
- Recurring charges will be billed at $1,497/month starting day 31 after checkout until properly canceled or the agreement ends.
- Flexible Launch continues month to month after launch and requires 30 days' written cancellation notice.
- The implementation payment is nonrefundable once Altavex begins configuration, integration, data preparation, scripting, or other build work.
- Usage above the included monthly allowances may be charged at the published overage rates or handled according to the fallback option selected during onboarding.
- Altavex does not guarantee a particular amount of revenue, appointments, sales, savings, reviews, or other business results.
- I authorize Altavex and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to these disclosed terms.
Altavex may contact me by email, telephone, and text as reasonably necessary to establish, administer, support, secure, and deliver the services I purchased. These operational communications will not be used as authorization for unrelated promotional campaigns.
